Print only orders up to 50.8cm x 40.6cm (20″ x 16″) to the UK and 30.5cm x 43.1cm (12″ x 17″) outside of the UK are sent flat in an envelope. All sizes above these are sent rolled in a tube. 

* Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not considered business days.

HOW SHIPPING CHARGES ARE APPLIED

Print delivery charges are per order, not per print.

Framed & stretched canvas delivery charges are per frame, not per order.

Where print only and framed prints are combined, the logic for framed shipping applies.

 

TAXES

Prints are produced in the UK & Germany. This means print-only or framed orders being shipped to customers in the UK or EU will not face additional import charges.

Non UK/EU customers are responsible for any import duty and local tax.

 

RETURNS

We all change our minds. Sometimes it just doesn’t work out.

We are happy to refund any item within 14 days providing it is returned in its original condition without wear and tear.

Once prints have been framed, we don't accept returns or offer refunds for them. Returns and refunds are not offered on Sale items.

To return your product, please first email us at shop@full-om.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will do our best to process returns within 7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

DAMAGED OR SIGNIFICANT DELAYS

In the unlikely event the product arrives to you damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. To arrange this please contact us at shop@full-om.com.

We only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion. In either cases we may request return of the products so that we can dispose of them. The returns in these cases will be at our cost, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by us.

 

LOST IN TRANSIT

Where prints are lost in transit, the order will be reprinted and shipped to you at our cost. Lost in transit is classified as no movement on the tracking link for the number of days stated in the below table:

Non-EU Customers, please bear in mind that often delays are caused by customs at international borders which are at the discretion of your government.

 

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Delivery will be to the address specified in your order.

All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
